Seaprate room in a big design renovated appartment, 3 bedrooms, big hall, new modern kitchen, living room, bathroom, toilet. Small balcony. Washing machine with drier. Dishwasher. All modern appliances. Great location. Small shop in the entrance open daily. Bus stop in front of the house 13-15min to city centre every few minutes. Park and running track right next to the house.10min walk to the lake Drazdiak. Many shops, supermarkets, restaurants, McDonald, mall and services (hairdressere, spa, pool, thai massage, gyms...) within few minutes walking distance or few bus stops. Biking "Hrádza" 10min. Cellar for storing bikes available. Public parking in front of the house. I'm searching for a nice friendly, sociable, easy going clean flatmate. (Man or woman) I used to have international Airbnb guests living with me and 1 friend. Now a friend is leaving and there are no guests as there is no travel (and probably won be for longer). Id love to share a flat with 1 or 2 people within friendly atmosphere. Smaller room with single bed is available now for 300. Bigger room with double bed from July for 350. It covers all including utilities, internet, cellar... (Parking is free so far, till the politics of the city changes). I'm able to provide paper for foreigner that they live in my place. It's also possible to agree on shorter/mid term.
