Room for rent - suitable for couples

Hi all, I will leave my current flat, so there is one room available starting from September 1st. The room is also suitable for a guy or a couple, as it has private bathroom as well as toilette; furniture is included except the bed (but it's up for discussion). The common areas of the flat are the living room with 4 sofas, open-space kitchen with eating area and island; washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and cutleries are all included. The two bedrooms are separated by 3 doors and are located at the opposite sides of the flat, so privacy is guaranteed. You will share the flat with a great Italian guy working for IBM. Price: 400 euros for a single tenant, 460 euros for a couple (utilities included except internet, which is 17 euros per month in total).
