Hello, we are offering a really big single room in an attic spacious shared flat in the heart of the City Center. The great location Sedlárska Street – the street near to the main square where for example the irish pub is located. It ´s a spacious flat around 120m2 with a living room connected with a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, a separate toilet room, a pantry room and a room for laundering. Soon the kitchen will be renovated it suppose to be finished at the end of February. The room is partially furnished, but we are willing to furnish it after we make a final deal. There are three young, working, and easy-going people looking forward to you, one girl and two boys. The room will be available on March 1st. The price is 380,- EUR with all costs and a fast wifi included as well, a deposit which will be given be back at the end of renting period is required.
