THE LANDLORD WENT CRAAAZY!! Room available with view to the HRAD castle!! I have been announcing this room this week for 420 (rent plus all utilities) but I had in mind the price was high even though the flat is awesome. I talked to the landlord and got a second discount !! LAST CALL to enter in July!! NEW RENT 370 (all included)!! Here are the details : I am an easy going Brazilian living and working in BA and I am willing to share my cool flat in Medena street with someone nice and chill ( I am also searching for flats in case I dont find anyone to share this one with me). The flat is modern and the location is just perfect. There are 2 bedrooms with an awesome view to Hrad castle and one cute balcony with view to Eurovea. Supermarkets Lidl, tesco and things like my Bratislava, trains, fittin, restaurants, universities, kebabs , all in 2-5min walkin!! I need for a long term and the good news is: NO DEPOSIT SECURITY NEEDED!!
